Growing company in the Hanover, PA area is seeking a Salesforce Administrator that will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining their Salesforce environment while serving as a collaborative partner across business departments. This role actively guides cross-functional teams through system integrations, process enhancements, and technical rollouts. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who continuously identifies opportunities for operational improvement, leverages AI tools to accelerate productivity, and possesses the flexibility to travel to regional sites for hands-on alignment, deployment, and training. Responsibilities Perform core administrative functions including user management, security controls, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Salesforce Flow automations. Serve as a collaborative technical guide during system integration initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and third-party vendors to define requirements, streamline data flows, and ensure smooth deployments. Continuously evaluate workflows, system performance, and business processes to recommend and execute ongoing platform improvements. Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., Einstein AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or AI-assisted coding/automation platforms) to optimize work, generate insights, and enhance business processes. Act as the primary point of contact for daily end-user support, troubleshooting, and continuous platform enhancements. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Develop custom reports, dashboards, technical documentation, and user training materials to drive platform adoption. Travel as required (up to 25%-50%) to regional facilities and branch offices to host collaborative discovery workshops, lead implementation go-lives, and deliver hands-on user training. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required. Demonstrated experience guiding or supporting system integration projects and cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong interest in or practical experience using AI tools (such as Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, or AI workflow automation platforms) to drive efficiency. Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, Data Loader, and security governance (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
