Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Senior PeopleSoft Developer Newtown, PA Posted 2 days ago Apply Now Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support a large enterprise client currently operating within PeopleSoft and preparing for a Workday implementation. This role will focus on PeopleSoft development, HR/Payroll reporting, integrations, data analysis, and migration support.

Responsibilities:

•  Support and enhance PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM applications.
•  Build custom reports, forms, queries, integrations, and data conversions.
•  Analyze reporting requirements and identify underlying source data.
•  Develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
•  Support PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration, testing, and data validation.
•  Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders.
•  Independently troubleshoot data, reporting, and application issues.

•  7+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
•  Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules and data, including: Payroll, Core HR, Employee data,Employee records and job data
•  Hands-on development experience with: PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interface
•  Strong reporting experience using: BI Publisher/XML Publisher, nVision, PeopleSoft Query
•  Advanced SQL skills and experience working with Oracle databases.
•  Experience developing custom reports, forms, queries, and data extracts.
•  Strong understanding of PeopleSoft reporting datasets, tables, relationships, and underlying data structures.
•  Experience analyzing reporting requirements and identifying the correct source data.
•  Ability to research, troubleshoot, and drive technical solutions independently.
•  Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
•  1 to 2+ years of Workday experience.
•  Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIB, Studio, or Prism.
•  PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration experience.
•  Power BI or SSRS experience.
•  Experience with

REST/SOAP

APIs, XML, and JSON.

•  Workday HCM certification.
•  Healthcare industry experience.
