We are looking for a detail-oriented D365 Consultant to join our team in Quakertown, Pennsylvania on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while partnering with business teams to align system capabilities with operational needs. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical experience, a strong understanding of ERP environments, and the ability to provide practical guidance, user support, and continuous system improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate business and technical requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, and maintain application enhancements and technical solutions within the D365 Finance & Operations environment.
• Improve ERP performance and usability by identifying opportunities to refine existing processes, configurations, and system functionality.
• Manage integrations and monitor data exchanges between D365 and other enterprise applications to support reliable information flow.
• Support day-to-day business operations by ensuring the platform is functioning effectively and aligned with core financial and operational processes.
• Provide independent assistance to headquarters and branch locations for new feature development, issue resolution, and ongoing application support.
• Configure and support Indian localization features, including finance and taxation-related requirements, within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Deliver user guidance and training to help employees adopt system capabilities and use the platform effectively in their daily work.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a technical consulting or ERP-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, with practical experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Proven experience working with Indian localization, particularly in finance and tax-related functionality.
• Solid background supporting ERP application environments, including configuration management and enterprise application administration.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions and documented requirements.
• Experience working with integrations, interfaces, and data flows across interconnected business systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is preferred.
• Exposure to the Microsoft application ecosystem, including tools such as Power Automate, Synapse, and SharePoint, is a plus.
