Key Responsibilities Administer the ServiceNow CMDB; ensure data accuracy and alignment with asset records Manage schema changes, data imports/exports, and integrations supporting ServiceNow development Maintain data feeds for Power BI dashboards and AD-integrated reporting sources Perform routine maintenance: backups, patching, performance tuning, capacity monitoring Manage database-level user access and permissions (least-privilege) Apply
