Getting in at the start of a contract is the difference between inheriting someone else's work and shaping how the job actually gets done. Position Summary Supports database administration for a federal IT service management contract, primarily the ServiceNow CMDB and its integrations, plus AD-integrated data feeds for enterprise reporting and dashboarding. Ensures data integrity, performance, and security compliance across supported platforms. Key Responsibilities Administer the ServiceNow CMDB; ensure data accuracy and alignment with asset records Manage schema changes, data imports/exports, and integrations supporting ServiceNow development Maintain data feeds for Power BI dashboards and AD-integrated reporting sources Perform routine maintenance: backups, patching, performance tuning, capacity monitoring Manage database-level user access and permissions (least-privilege) Apply
