Job Description
The Department of the Army at Fort Benning, Georgia is seeking an Alternate Contract Manager to assist the Lead Contract Manager.
Required Objectives:
•Secret Clearance Required
•Annual Work Plans (AWP) development and tracking execution
Sustainment Funding GFEBS:
General Funds Enterprise Business System Data entry and analysis Enterprise Pro-Active Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) data Collection, data entry and validation BUILDER Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) data collection, data entry and analysis Information Technology accountability Monthly Status Reports Courteous, friendly customer service to all customers Other tasks necessary: Conduct detailed analysis of work order data in GFEBS to provide the Management with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to assist with developing and updating the Annual Work Plan Conduct daily reviews of work order data in GFEBS to ensure order accuracy and timeliness of order closure Create projects in cProjects for validated Data Acquisition 4283 requests Transfer all
DPW:
Directorate of Public Works approved DA4283 requests from cProjects into GFEBS Project System Update and close-out all projects in GFEBS Project System Monitor all ArMA transactions and provide monthly summaries to the
