SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Verifies time and data submitted by operations personnel for completeness and accuracy. Ensures all temporary personnel are paid correctly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Verifies accuracy of time and data entries Assists in entering time and data Ensures all paperwork is accurate and complete Stores location documents electronically Provides Payroll ID's for all new temporary personnel Sends temporary personnel hours to staffing agencies for payment processing Processes payroll corrections for all temporary personnel Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with agencies and internal team members Completes required training classes Adheres to quality compliance requirements All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's Degree in Business preferred or 2+ years equivalent work experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel Knowledge of basic accounting Available to work assigned hours based on business needs For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)
