In this role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient entry of data into various database systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Your technical proficiency, organizational skills, and leadership abilities will drive productivity and uphold high standards of data quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex data processes while supporting overall operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily data entry activities performed by team members to meet organizational goals Review, verify, and validate data entered into databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for accuracy and completeness Ensure adherence to data security protocols and handle confidential information with integrity Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to analyze data through pivot tables, spreadsheets, and advanced functions like formulas for data analysis Oversee the maintenance of database systems, including filing, updating records, and performing regular audits for consistency Provide training and support to team members on technical tools such as office productivity software, 10-key typing, Word processing, and Excel data analysis techniques Manage workflow efficiently to optimize productivity while maintaining high-quality standards in data collection and entry tasks Experience Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and database management Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, performing Excel data analysis, and working with spreadsheets for order entry or similar tasks Experience working with ERP systems or other database systems is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer skills encompassing word processing, filing, data collection, and technical proficiency in productivity software Basic math skills necessary for accurate data entry and validation processes Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a clerical or administrative setting is preferred but not required Join us to lead a dynamic team dedicated to precision and efficiency!
