As a member of the Enrollment Management Division, the Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems is the primary manager of Banner systems that specifically support the Office of Student Financial Services and coordinates key data migration systems within Enrollment Management, and in support of related needs outside of the division. This role reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment and partners directly with stakeholders across Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, and other business areas to translate business needs into reliable, well-architected data integrations and reporting solutions that support tactical and strategic decision-making across the institution. Specific expertise in Banner is required, with experience with or the ability to become knowledge with the Slate CRM and the Axiom data integration systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience working in application development or integration teams.
Direct experience working in the Ellucian banner system.
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with system integration
Working knowledge of scripting/programming languages
Strong problem-solving skills with data and software applications
Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Some leadership or management experience strongly preferred.

All salary offers must have the prior approval of the Office of Human Resources. The anticipated hiring or recruitment range for this position is $100-100K. The actual salary offered will be commensurate with the qualifications, education and experience of the candidate hired.
