Candidates without this exact background will not be considered. Electroswitch supplies switching, monitoring, and control equipment into data center applications. We need someone who already understands this market—its customers, applications, and ecosystem—not someone with a broader industrial/power background, and not someone who has simply worked in or supported a data center environment. This senior, strategic role reports to the VP and owns the full product lifecycle, from new product development through global market expansion and acquired product integration. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Define and maintain the multi-year technical and commercial roadmap for assigned product lines, aligned with data center market demands. Conduct market research specific to data center power infrastructure, including emerging trends in medium voltage distribution, switching, and monitoring. Lead technical and operational integration of acquired products into existing portfolios. Use ERP/CRM data to analyze product performance, pricing, channel effectiveness, and new market entry opportunities. Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize margins across data center and adjacent markets. Author technical briefs and white papers; present to customers and industry partners. Travel ~25% to visit customers, sales representatives, and assess market opportunities.
