Job Description
Lead the programming and data services team in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications. Oversee data integration, reporting, analytics, development standards, and quality processes while collaborating with stakeholders and contributing hands-on code. The role is remote, with hybrid or in-office options at the New Hampshire office. Responsibilities Lead and manage the programming, development, and data services team. Direct design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software applications. Support data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions. Establish development standards and software quality processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IT initiatives across business functions. Perform hands-on coding and contribute to software architecture and integrations. Required Skills SQLRelational data modeling C.
