We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to help organize, enter, update, and maintain company records. This is a straightforward computer-based position. The role mainly involves reviewing documents, entering information into electronic systems, organizing digital files, and checking records for accuracy. Training may be provided, making this a good opportunity for someone with basic computer and typing skills. Responsibilities Enter information from documents into the company system. Review records for accuracy and completeness. Update existing records when information changes. Organize electronic files and documents. Scan, upload, and index documents as needed. Check records for missing or incorrect information. Maintain organized and accurate databases. Rename and categorize digital files according to company guidelines. Follow simple procedures for handling records. Report errors or missing information to the appropriate team. Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time. Keep company information confidential.
