• Translate enterprise-level AI requirements into actionable technical designs and architectural blueprints
• Develop prototypes, frameworks, and integrations to support AI and GenAI adoption at scale
• Lead onboarding of AI applications, agent registration, prompt management, and governance workflows
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, and documentation for future AI projects
• Serve as a technical leader for solution delivery, collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams
• Evaluate solution options and articulate tradeoffs to inform decision-making
• Advocate for best practices in security, compliance, governance, and SDLC processes
• Promote an enterprise mindset, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and controls Required Skills and Experience
• 8-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong Python background
• Proven track record in building enterprise-grade applications and designing end-to-end solutions
• Experience with API design, integration patterns, and microservices architectures
• Skilled in reading and writing technical and architectural documentation
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex problems independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable influencing technical decisions and engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Deep understanding of application, data, and technology architecture concepts
• Familiarity with governance, controls, security, risk, and compliance in large organizations Preferred Skills
• Exposure to AI and GenAI technologies, including LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of AI governance concepts and RAG architectures
• Experience with workflow/orchestration platforms
• Hands-on with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
