Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to lead and support a training initiative focused on Transmission GIS . This role requires a strong background in learning and development, training project leadership, and facilitation, along with hands-on knowledge of Esri GIS systems . The ideal candidate will have experience working within the transmission GIS space and familiarity with both overhead and underground transmission environments. Experience with Esri's Utility Network (UN) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage training projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed. Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions for a variety of audiences and skill levels. Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project team members to understand training needs and support successful learning outcomes. Provide guidance and leadership around training strategy, delivery, scheduling, and implementation. Support training related to Transmission GIS processes, systems, and workflows. Effectively manage challenging classroom and stakeholder dynamics while maintaining a professional, productive learning environment. Ensure training activities and deliverables align with project objectives and established L&D best practices. Support continuous improvement of training based on participant feedback and evolving business needs. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Esri GIS is required. Experience leading and managing training or learning and development projects is required. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, including experience delivering instructor-led training. Experience working with diverse stakeholders and navigating challenging personalities and complex project environments. Familiarity with Transmission GIS is strongly preferred. Experience with both overhead and underground transmission environments is preferred. Experience with or knowledge of Esri Utility Network (UN) is highly preferred. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader project team. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred. Location & Travel Candidates located in New England are preferred ; however, due to the specialized expertise required for this position, qualified candidates throughout the United States are encouraged to apply. This role is expected to require approximately 30% travel , primarily to support in-person training delivery. Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company travel policies. Salary range

•$95,000

•$120,000 annually.
