This role will manage IT systems and licenses, HIPAA compliance, disaster recovery, Salesforce/CRM reporting, staff training, troubleshooting, and cross-department technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly technical, business-minded, and comfortable working directly with executives and department leaders to improve operational efficiency. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and scalability of our technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT systems engineering, network support, and project management, combined with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Compliance, IT Support, Disaster Recovery, Project Management, Data Analytics & Reporting, Technical Training, IT Policy Development, Vendor Management, Cybersecurity Responsibilities Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. Manage virtualization platforms like VMware and vSphere to optimize resource utilization and ensure high availability. Oversee network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, Cisco routers, LAN/WAN configurations, and network engineering to safeguard organizational data. Supervise IT support operations including desktop support, technical troubleshooting, remote access software, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime during incidents or outages. Oversee vendor management for hardware/software procurement, licensing, and service agreements ensuring cost-effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. Implement IT service management best practices using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SolarWinds, SharePoint, Active Directory management, DHCP configuration, and configuration management processes. Lead cross-functional teams on complex projects involving software implementation, system integration, and infrastructure upgrades while adhering to project timelines using Agile methodologies. Ensure compliance with IT governance standards such as ITIL framework while maintaining robust information security protocols across all systems. Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement through disposal while maintaining accurate inventory records. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies for network security, data privacy, user access control, and system performance monitoring. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects with supervisory responsibility for technical teams. Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure alongside virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere. Strong understanding of network engineering principles including LAN/WAN architecture, Cisco routers/switches configuration, firewall setup, DHCP/DNS management. Hands-on experience with server management using Microsoft Windows Server environments; familiarity with Linux systems is a plus. Expertise in database management including Microsoft SQL Server; experience with SharePoint and SQL analysis tools preferred. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira for incident tracking and workflow automation. Demonstrated ability to develop disaster recovery plans and implement business continuity strategies effectively.
