The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in technical support, computer networking, and operating systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, telecommunications, networking, and business applications across multiple locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, VPN, telecommunications, and other technology. Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows environments, Remote Desktop, MFA, VPN access, Adobe products, and other business applications. Manage user accounts, access permissions, onboarding/off boarding, password resets, MFA, equipment deployment, and application access. Coordinate with the managed IT provider on servers, infrastructure, security updates, backups, and technical issues. Provide responsive, customer-focused support and explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users Administer and support EMR and healthcare applications, including NextGen, Compulink and other healthcare applications Configure and maintain templates, forms, questionnaires, workflows, and application settings. Assist providers and staff with application troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and system functionality. Coordinate software updates, testing, implementations, and communications. Serve as the primary liaison between staff and application vendors. Coordinate technology projects including, equipment deployments, telecommunications implementations, and software rollouts. Coordinate installation and deployment of computers, laptops, printers, telephones, networking equipment, mobile devices, and related technology. Evaluate technology and business processes and recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for technology, telecommunications, office equipment, facilities, and other service vendors. Obtain quotes, evaluate solutions, recommend equipment/services, and coordinate procurement in collaboration with executive leadership. Coordinate installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and lifecycle management of technology assets. Maintain vendor relationships, service schedules, recurring maintenance, and technology inventory. Maintain the organization's WordPress website, including content updates, backups, plugins, domains, and SSL certificates. Maintain technical documentation, user guides, workflows, configurations, vendor information, and standard operating procedures. Maintain documentation and recurring processes that support business continuity, knowledge transfer, backups, renewals, and operational continuity. Qualifications & Skills IT Helpdesk, desktop support, technical support, or related experience preferred Experience troubleshooting computers, browsers, email, logins, and basic software/hardware issues Basic networking, Wi-Fi, printer, workstation, or office technology experience Exposure to APIs, automations and middleware integrations is a plus Must be able to assist with on-site technology needs when required Demonstrated experience supporting and administering IT systems, business applications, and end-user technology, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills with technical and non-technical users, including physicians and staff. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to research, evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions. Strong documentation, training, project coordination, and process-improvement skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and respectfully Technical Knowledge Experience with most of the following is preferred:
