Information Technology Manager Information Technology Manager Worcester, MA Full-Time, Days Food Manufacturing $120,000-$125,000 We're working with an established food manufacturing company. They are recruiting an Information Technology Manager to join their team on a full-time day shift in return for $120,000-$125,000 along with excellent employment benefits which include 401(k), healthcare, dental, vision, flexible schedule, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Duties include:

Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, workstations and production technology. Ensure system uptime to support continuous plant operations and minimize downtime. Provide technical support and troubleshooting across office and production environments. Oversee ERP, inventory management and RF/scanning systems used within operations. Maintain data integrity, system backups and disaster recovery processes. Manage cybersecurity protocols, access controls, data protection and system monitoring. Support USDA, SQF and internal audit requirements relating to systems and traceability. Coordinate vendors and third-party providers for upgrades, maintenance and technical support.

Skills and experience:

5+ years of progressive Information Technology experience. Manufacturing or food processing industry experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers and system administration. Experience with ERP, inventory management and RF technology. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection. Experience managing user access controls and system monitoring. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
