WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a hands-on Manager of Information Technology Operations to lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management, and end-user support across multiple business entities. This role reports directly to the CIO and will play a key role in scaling technology operations and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, systems, and service delivery. Manage help desk, service desk, and application support teams across multiple business lines. Establish and improve processes for user support requests, ticket tracking, and service-level performance. Oversee relationships with managed service providers and technology vendors, ensuring accountability and service excellence. Maintain technology inventories, licensing, and renewal schedules. Develop operational reports and performance metrics for executive leadership. Partner with IT leadership and cybersecurity teams on security operations, incident response support, and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives. Lead change, release, and deployment activities for enterprise technology initiatives. Create and maintain documentation to improve knowledge sharing and reduce operational risk. Support strategic technology planning and business growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technology services. Leadership experience managing IT operations and support teams. Experience overseeing service desks and supporting distributed locations. Experience managing vendor and managed service provider relationships. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to customer service and employee experience. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Solutions) are a plus.
