Job Description Senior Technical Lead Jackson, Michigan Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Enovia PLM solutions tailored to semiconductor industry needs. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to optimize product lifecycle workflows. Manage system upgrades, performance tuning, and data governance. Provide leadership to internal and external teams, including offshore development and support resources. Develop and enforce PLM best practices, standards, and documentation. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and digital innovation. Capable to take complete ownership from Proposal creation, SOW drafting, resource onboarding , invoicing milestones approvals, successful handover of projects Key Responsibilities Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Enovia PLM solutions tailored to semiconductor industry needs. Skill Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in PLM systems, with 3+ years in Enovia PLM. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
