Responsibilities:

• Lead daily IT operations and provide direction, coaching, and oversight to a small technical support team.
• Take direct ownership of core infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and network components within a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Handle advanced technical incidents and escalations, diagnosing outages and restoring services with minimal disruption to the business.
• Administer and optimize platforms such as Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory to support performance, security, and reliability.
• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and technical requirements are aligned.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to support operational needs and project delivery.
