Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems , with a focus on Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud Applications . Manage day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, data security, user support, and hardware/software maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure ERP systems align with business goals. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks. Plan and coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations. IT trouble shoot ticket resolution. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants or Oracle support when needed. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development. Oversee data integrity, data governance, and compliance with internal and external regulations. Manage Company inventory Manager Company Users Email Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource utilization. Work with AI development on spark or similar machine or mode.

Skills:

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks/certifications is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Must also have experience working with: VOIP Microsoft 365 user management CRM software management IT manager experience required or own individual firm IT trouble shoot ticket resolution Security system or network set up experience

ERP, SAP

software management or development is preferred AI development worked on spark on similar machine or model is preferred research and development experience is required
