Job Description

Overview SUMMARY As a global leader of the Information Technology organization this individual will be essential in refining and implementing PolyVisions future IT solutions. The role will be heavily engaged with our outsourced IT solutions provider to ensure IT solutions stay current or lead the marketplace in which we operate. He or she will be responsible for evaluating our existing technologies and processes, incorporating developing IT needs of the organization and advising the executive team on the best ways to move forward with cost-effectiveness and competitive advantages in mind. The innovative use of technology should ensure the IT organization drives efficiencies into the organization, creates value for our customers and will empower our team to perform in their respective roles. At PolyVision, we exist to make products that make the world a better place. We are the world leader in production of commercial grade writing surfaces and have sales in over 60 countries. PolyVision is a private equity backed company headquartered in Okmulgee, OK with production locations in Genk Belgium and Okmulgee Oklahoma and sales offices abroad.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a Liaison to IT provider, ensuring KPI's and performance levels are met.
  • Analyze the technology we currently use to run the organization and facilitate the evaluation of new solutions to ensure we meet our mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership team to measure system and resource use and allocation
  • Effectively communicating with and supporting a geographically dispersed team outside the United States
  • Manage and advance the connectivity network infrastructure with an emphasis on high performance and location alignment, supporting the ability to effectively
  • Focus on security to comply with US and International regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for installing new technology, managing existing technologies and training employees in the use
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses for every change in our IT workflow
  • Suggest hardware and software upgrades as appropriate to improve operations, consistency and budgetary success
  • Work in collaboration with the IT Provider to deliver effective strategy initiatives to drive cost effectiveness and productivity throughout the organization

  • Demonstrated excellence in managing IT functions
V. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years' experience in information technology and resource management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent job/industry experience
  • Experience leading software and hardware platform migrations
  • Manufacturing Experience preferred
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
