What You'll Do Process Optimization:

Transition manual operations into automated, digital workflows across core business functions

Supplier Governance:

Direct vendor interactions, managing contract terms, licensing, support escalations, and feature roadmaps

Platform Leadership:

Serve as subject authority for primary document networks, intelligent extraction tools, shared site spaces, and electronic signatures

System Interoperability:

Connect document tools with central operating software, such as enterprise resource planning applications and human resource platforms

Strategic Architecture:

Formulate and execute the broader digital document vision to support organizational goals

Change Enablement:

Design user guidance and partner with group heads to elevate software adoption and set standards

Innovation Discovery:

Assess cutting edge tools, such as automated machine learning intake solutions, to streamline document handling for immediate consideration! Direct W2 only
