What We Need We are seeking a high-level technology leader with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration (with an IS emphasis), or a closely related field. A Master's degree is preferred, and equivalent experience may be substituted year-for-year. The ideal candidate possesses at least 10 years of progressive IT and OT experience , including a minimum of 2 years in a senior management role with direct accountability for strategy, budgeting, and staff leadership. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required. What's the Job/What Will You Do? Central Utah Water Conservancy District is the local sponsor of the Central Utah Project, serving seven counties across the Wasatch Front and Uinta Basin. We operate dams, hydropower, water treatment plants and hundreds of miles of conveyance — a utility where the business network and the control network matter equally. We are hiring a Director of Technology Services to lead both. This is a senior leadership role accountable in equal measure for the enterprise IT environment and the operational technology that runs District facilities. You will set the District's technology strategy and governance, lead the Technology Services department through subordinate managers and Lead Technology Architects, partner with District departments to meet their technology needs, and serve as a key technology advisor to the Assistant General Manager and Executive Team. What We Offer Hiring Range:

$150k-$195k/yr. + excellent retirement options: pension/investment (10% District contribution) with the Utah State Retirement System & group health insurance (PEHP).
