The IT Operations Center Shift Supervisor provides intermediate-level technical support in administering, configuring, and maintaining enterprise IT systems and networks for federal agencies. This role oversees the ITOC watch floor, ensuring the secure and reliable operation of servers, operating systems, and networking components while assisting with troubleshooting, patching, and system upgrades. Serving as "player-coaches" in the ITOC's monitoring, coordinating, and reporting mission, the successful candidate will apply working knowledge of systems administration and networking practices to sustain mission operations, support modernization efforts, and ensure compliance with federal IT security requirements. They will also exhibit executive communication and coordination skills in informing customer leadership and stakeholders of ongoing incidents and outages.
Clearance Required:
Must be a US citizen and pass a background investigation. Ability to obtain an Entry On Duty (EOD) and maintain a Secret clearance
Location:
Primary duty location(s): On-site in Kearneysville, WV Travel to customer sites across CONUS may be required Remote support as authorized by the customer

Front-End 12-
Hour Night Shift:
18:45-07:00 Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday.
Qualifications:
Secret clearance or ability to obtain. Security+ Certification or other AIT Level II Certification. (5)+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, network administration, or related technical roles. (5)+ years of experience leading or supervising technical teams in an enterprise IT environment. Demonstrated experience coordinating enterprise incident response and service restoration. Working knowledge of Windows server environments, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Routing and switching, Virtualization technologies, Active Directory, Enterprise monitoring platforms Experience with enterprise monitoring and operational management tools. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including availability for shift work. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4 preferred). Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent.
Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate or equivalen Experience supervising enterprise Network Operations Centers (NOC), SecurityOperations Centers (SOC), or Information Technology Operations Centers (ITOC). Experience supporting enterprise datacenters and mission-critical infrastructure. Experience in Major Incident Management processes. Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense IT environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of Network Administrators and System Administrators supporting enterprise IT infrastructure. Coordinate operational activities across network, server, and enterprise service environments. Assist in Priority 1 through Priority 4 incident response efforts, ensuring timely restoration of services. Assist the Incident Manager during major outages by coordinating technical teams Monitor enterprise infrastructure health and ensure appropriate response to monitoring alerts. Review, prioritize, assign, and track operational work to ensure service level agreements are achieved. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to assigned personnel. Ensure operational procedures, documentation, and shift turnover activities are completed accurately. Coordinate escalation of complex technical issues to engineering, cybersecurity, vendors, or external support organizations. Validate operational changes and maintenance activities to minimize service disruption. Ensure accurate incident documentation, operational reporting, and after-action reviews. Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continual service improvement. Maintain operational awareness across enterprise systems, networks, and applications. Promote compliance with cybersecurity policies, operational procedures, and organizational standards. Support workforce scheduling, training, and readiness within a 24/7 operations environment.
Decision-Making Authority:
Decision-making authority for own individual work efforts delivered as part of day-to-day support of the program. Serves as escalation point for junior staff on incidents and issues that occur during the shift and is the decision maker for incident and outage issuance during shift periods.

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
