Global CTI is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology implementation projects throughout California. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers from project kickoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Manage multiple technology implementation projects from kickoff through completion Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Lead internal project kickoff meetings with Sales, Engineering, and Operations Conduct customer kickoff meetings to establish expectations, timelines, and communication Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones Coordinate technician and engineering resources throughout each phase of the project Work closely with Purchasing to ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to project schedules Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams Conduct internal project review meetings to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum Manage project scope changes by preparing and coordinating customer change orders Identify opportunities for additional services and coordinate those opportunities with the Sales team Facilitate a smooth transition from Project Services to Client Care upon project completion Build strong customer relationships while delivering an outstanding project experience Required Qualifications Minimum five years of experience managing technology implementation projects Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Experience managing project budgets and timelines Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout California Preferred Qualifications The following experience is a plus, but not required: Unified Communications - Hosted and Premise based Network infrastructure projects Structured cabling Security camera systems Access control Audio/Visual systems Emergency notification systems ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA/project management software PMP certification or other project management certifications Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some evening or weekend work may be required during project implementations or customer cutovers. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
