We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team in the entertainment company with growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and align with strategic goals. The IT Project Manager also develop and support strong IT project governance in the company.
Essential Duties:
Plan, execute, and finalize multiple IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Track project milestones and deliverables Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement Work with IT director to define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycle Help upper management identifying possible improvements on project management procedures. Planning budget for multiple IT projects in a short/mid/long term Creating processes and standards for IT project management Assist implementation of IT governance in the company Other duties as directed by upper management time to time
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field More than 5 years of experience in IT project management Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development and IT infrastructure projects Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred Japanese language is preferred Marketing Coordinator/Designer Page 2 of 2
