SciTec is seeking a technical program manager for an agile software development program. The program manager is responsible for program cost, schedule and technical performance. Additionally, the program manager is the primary interface to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the current program and build relationships for future efforts. Responsibilities Responsible for coordination and management of all phases of program execution, from inception through completion Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of major program or subset of programs Coordinates the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, and financial terms/conditions of contract Primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and Customers Keep both Customer and SciTec management aware of issues, risks, and accomplishments Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer Participate in TIMs, PMRs, IDRs and Sprint Demos with Customer Provide leadership support ensuring overall success of the organization Other duties as assigned
