Oversee platform development and integrations with key vendors, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly borrower and internal systems. Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, including data privacy and protection aligned with financial and lending regulations. Drive data and analytics initiatives to support performance tracking, risk management, and informed decision-making. Manage tech teams and vendors, fostering innovation, process automation, and operational efficiency throughout the loan lifecycle. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope using statistical tools and financial projection. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to financial technology projects. Develop implementation plans that include analyses of network security to ensure proper use of software and computer tools Identify need for initial or supplemental financial technology tools and resources, including new data programing and security programs. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects within the lending and finance industry Perform risk assessments of data structures used within the lending divisions to develop response strategies. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Develop and manage annual budgets for information and financial technology projects. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of lending projects using statistical analysis

Requirements:

2 years of experience in the position or as Chief Technology Officer Experience must include: Leading the design, development and implementation of digital platforms Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
