Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Systems Integration Manager to join our team in Hialeah, FL; St Louis, MO; Chandler AZ. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services Distribution via the Distribution Supply Chain Enablement team. The Systems Integration Manager will lead our Business Analysts to support the Distribution Business in Hialeah, Florida. The Business Analysts team collaborates with our business and supply chain partners to identify, triage and resolve issues related to business processes and business applications, primarily SAP and the Warehouse Management System. The team also works very closely with our IT&DA partners in working through problem resolution and user acceptance testing. This team has a high-volume statement of work that works with velocity to deliver high quality results.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of open business tickets in
SAP S4 ERP
systems. Leads development and deployment of master data governance tools, processes and team. Manage, develop, and motivate employees across a global team Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision. Effectively explores alternatives and positions through negotiation best practices to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties. Knowledgeable of how business and organization operate; application of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization; understands the competition and the marketplace
Boeing First-Line Leaders Assessment:
To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Candidates must have at least one year of experience in leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or format manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership." 5 or more years of experience in Supply Chain Processes 5 or more years of advanced working experience in Business System applications or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems in particular SAP S4 Experience collaborating across complex cross-functional organizations Experience in Microsoft Office Suite tools Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Working with master data governance across businesses. Experience in a self-directed role Strong Communication skills Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off shift response/support
Travel:
This position may require traveling up to 25% of the time.
