This individual will lead complex software development projects across web and mobile applications, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Hybrid, with an expected onsite schedule of 2-4 days per week. The schedule is flexible and subject to change based on business needs. Core Responsibilities Lead multiple medium to large digital projects involving web and mobile applications throughout the full software delivery lifecycle Facilitate project scope definition, estimation, discovery, and planning sessions with cross-functional teams Develop and maintain project schedules, communication plans, resource plans, budgets, and financial forecasts Coordinate with Product Management, Technology, Design, SEO, Analytics, and external vendors to drive project execution Manage project scope, resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, budget tracking, and change control Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and performance metrics while providing regular status updates and financial reports to stakeholders and executive leadership Oversee project closure activities, including lessons learned, production support handoffs, and final financial reporting Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of relevant project management experience Strong experience leading large, multidisciplinary digital project teams Experience with Agile delivery methodologies Experience managing multiple projects concurrently within a matrixed organization, including coordination with multiple Product Managers Strong background in requirements gathering and development for complex solutions Experience managing the full software delivery lifecycle, from business development through final software acceptance Proven experience with project estimation, planning, budgeting, resource management, risk and issue management, change control, and stakeholder communication Experience managing digital projects involving web and mobile applications Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product Management or Strategy, Technology, Design, SEO, and Analytics Experience working with external vendors and geographically dispersed teams Familiarity with project performance metrics, including burn-down charts Experience preparing financial forecasts, budget variance reports, and executive-level project updates Experience managing project dependencies, scope changes, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives Experience coordinating project transitions, production support handoffs, and lessons-learned sessions Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong leadership, organization, and analytical skills Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills Proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing risks and resolving issues Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration, negotiation, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $52.00 and $75.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
