solutions and has progressed into SAP management, functional leadership, or implementation management. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for OTC activities across business units, the implementation partner, internal IT teams, and other vendors. Facilitate requirements workshops, process discussions, and cross-functional meetings. Oversee OTC solution design and delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices. Coordinate project scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery dates across multiple teams. Track risks, issues, decisions, and action items; drive timely resolution and escalate concerns as needed. Communicate project status, schedule impacts, and decisions clearly to business and IT leadership. Review end-to-end OTC processes, including customer master, quotations, sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management. Coordinate integration requirements with Finance, Materials Management, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and external applications. Guide functional and technical teams on configuration, enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows. Oversee OTC data migration, testing, defect resolution, business readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Ensure appropriate process documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to production support. Required Qualifications Experience as a SAP Manager, SAP Functional Manager, SAP Delivery Manager, or SAP Implementation Lead. Prior

functional or implementation experience, with a strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. Experience delivering at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. Proven ability to coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, internal IT teams, and vendors. Strong requirements gathering, solution review, project coordination, and issue-resolution skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain SAP concepts in business terms. Experience supporting testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA

implementation experience, particularly in a Greenfield environment. Experience coordinating implementations across multiple business units. Prior hands-on SAP SD configuration experience. Experience with SAP OTC integrations involving Salesforce, CPQ, or other third-party applications. This role emphasizes SAP delivery leadership and business coordination. Candidates should have sufficient OTC expertise to guide solution discussions and review the implementation partner's work; current hands-on configuration expertise is preferred but is not the primary focus.

Pay:
