SAP S/4HANA MDG
Functional Lead with 10-15 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in Master Data Governance (MDG) to lead enterprise-wide master data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of SAP MDG, S/4HANA, Business Partner, Material Master, Vendor, Customer, and Financial master data domains. Key Responsibilities MDG Solution Leadership Lead SAP MDG implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects. Define enterprise master data governance strategies and operating models. Conduct business workshops and translate business requirements into SAP MDG solutions. Drive design decisions and best practices for master data governance across multiple domains. Serve as the primary functional lead for MDG-related initiatives and stakeholder discussions. SAP MDG Functional Design & Configuration Configure and support:

Configure:
Data Models Process Modeling UI Modeling Governance Workflows Validation Rules Derivation Rules BRF+ Business Rules Duplicate Check Framework Data Quality Management Data Governance & Quality Define master data standards, policies, stewardship processes, and governance frameworks. Establish data ownership and approval hierarchies. Implement data quality controls and KPI monitoring. Drive data harmonization and standardization initiatives across global organizations. Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Integration & S/4HANA Transformation Lead integration design between:
SAP MDG SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC
Ariba SAP BTP Non-SAP applications
Configure:
Data Replication Framework (DRF) Key Mapping Value Mapping ALE/IDoc Interfaces SOA Services Fiori Applications Support S/4HANA migration and Business Partner conversion initiatives. Required Skills 10-15 years of SAP consulting experience. Minimum 5+ years of dedicated SAP MDG experience.
Strong expertise in:
SAP MDG Data Modeling Process Modeling UI Modeling Workflow Configuration
BRF+ DRF
Duplicate Check Framework Data Quality Management Strong experience with
SAP S/4HANA MDG.
Deep understanding of: Material Master Business Partner Customer Master Vendor/Supplier Master Financial Master Data Experience in global master data governance programs. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs.
