Position Summary "SAP/ERP based transformation, Order to Cash (O2C) process transformation, etc. along with a PM that has a good mix of art and science, meaning, ability to grasp and translate quickly into executable products (project plans, business case supporting documents, scope conversations, etc.).Generally speaking, a PM experienced in SAP implementation would know the technical aspects involved as well as business aspects and change impact and accordingly manage conversations and develop deliverables at the right levels." Seeking an experienced Business Project Manager - Transformation to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning people, process, technology, and organizational change . The ideal candidate combines strong program/project management discipline with a consultative, business-oriented mindset and can structure ambiguous problems, develop actionable plans, and drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes. Candidates must have experience leading large-scale transformation programs across business and IT. Experience with Shared Services, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ERP/SAP transformation is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale transformation initiatives from mobilization through implementation. Establish project structure, governance, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence . Lead cross-functional teams across Business, IT, SMEs, Change Management, and external partners . Manage integrated project plans, critical paths, risks, issues, decisions, and cross-functional dependencies. Partner with business leaders to understand processes, identify challenges, and translate objectives into executable plans. Provide executive-ready communications , status reporting, recommendations, and decision support. Preferred Qualifications Large-scale business transformation and cross-functional program leadership experience. Experience with Shared Services, O2C, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations . ERP/SAP-enabled transformation experience. Experience working across global or multi-region organizations. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and consultative problem-solving skills. PMP or comparable project/program management certification preferred. Consulting, Transformation Office, or Enterprise PMO experience preferred. MBA preferred.

Pay:

$75.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
