Job Overview Triad Executive Advisors is hiring a Healthcare IT Project Manager I to lead and manage cross-functional technology projects supporting rural hospital systems and healthcare operations. This role is responsible for managing multiple IT projects of medium to high complexity from initiation through implementation. The IT Project Manager I partners with clinical, technical, operational, client, and external stakeholders to define project scope, develop plans, monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, budget expectations, and client needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional healthcare IT projects through the full project lifecycle. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies. Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to achieve project and organizational goals. Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure project deliverables meet established standards, client expectations, and healthcare compliance requirements. Support business process analysis, shared services alignment, and technology framework improvements. Help maintain project management tools, templates, reporting processes, and governance standards. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Participate in escalation support, after-hours work, or on-call rotation as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience managing IT projects, preferably in a healthcare environment. Experience managing complex IT projects involving clinical applications, infrastructure deployments, or healthcare technology initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Jira, or similar platforms. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Work Environment This is a full-time, exempt position operating in a professional office and healthcare client-site environment. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required to meet business, project, or client needs. Local or in-state travel may be required. Pay:

$70,527.27 - $90,000.00 per year
