Job Summary:
We are seeking a proven technical project leader to drive complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, governance, and stakeholder alignment. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners while helping deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, aligning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and governance to business objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, financial forecasts, and project controls. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver milestones, manage dependencies, and support timely decision-making. Monitor project performance, manage risks, issues, changes, and financials, and provide clear reporting on health, progress, and variances.
Required:
10-12 years of proven technical project management experience. Experience in scheduling, forecasting, milestone management, resourcing, risk management, and reporting in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present, influence, and engage stakeholders across functions and multiple teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project. Ability to lead cross-functional, hybrid teams operating in agile frameworks while balancing delivery with governance under a fixed scope, timeline, and budget. PMP certification preferred; experience in utilities is also preferred.
