• SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard workshops, BPML, gap analysis, and functional design documentation
• SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare support
• Working knowledge of SAP Cloud

ALM, SAP

Solution Manager, or equivalent ALM tools

• Proven ability to mentor junior functional consultants and communicate effectively with business and executive stakeholders Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for functional and technical

• Drive cross-functional integration across SAP modules and third-party systems, identify gaps early, and resolve design conflicts between workstreams
• Identify, log, and coordinate resolution of master data, migration, data quality, and reconciliation issues with functional, technical, and business data owners
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration decisions, RICEFW designs, and test scripts for alignment with the overall solution
• Lead design authority and solution review forums; manage risks, decisions, and dependencies across functional and technical workstreams
• Guide and mentor junior functional consultants, review deliverables, and build team capability
• Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, gap analysis, and disposition of gaps to standard, configuration, or enhancement
• Drive SIT and UAT defect triage, coordinate root-cause assignment, and ensure timely resolution across teams
• Prepare solution walkthroughs, status updates, issue summaries, cutover plans, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare support Generic Managerial Skills, If any Technical and functional leadership; cross-workstream coordination; stakeholder and executive communication; structured risk, issue, and dependency management; design governance; vendor collaboration; mentoring and capability development; and timely decision-making.

Salary Range:

$160,000 - $200,000 per year
