Senior Lead Tech:

Run complex jobs independently, at a level of quality and pace that sets the standard for the crew Take on mentorship of Lead Techs and Technicians, modeling our core values in how you work Learn our documentation, scheduling, and insurance-side processes so you're PM-ready, not just tech-ready Get hands-on with the technology and systems we use to run jobs and manage crews — if you've been doing things "the old way" for years, this is where you adapt As you step into

Project Manager:
