This is a highly customer-facing, field-based role responsible for coordinating customer projects, assessments, implementations, inventory activities, and ongoing service delivery requirements. The role works closely with Xerox internal teams and customer stakeholders to help ensure contracted service levels, customer satisfaction, and business objectives are achieved. What you'll do Coordinate customer projects, assessments, installations, implementations, and ongoing service delivery activities Support healthcare customers across the assigned New Jersey territory Maintain strong customer relationships and help ensure service commitments are delivered within cost targets Partner with internal Xerox teams and customer stakeholders to drive successful delivery outcomes Support ongoing inventory and operational requirements tied to service delivery What you need to succeed Strong project management experience and skills Excellent organizational skills Strong customer-facing and customer service experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint IT knowledge is helpful, but not required Work Arrangement This position should be posted as Onsite / In-Office . The selected candidate should reside near Basking Ridge, New Jersey or surrounding areas. There is no dedicated office location, and the role supports customer sites within the assigned territory. #
