Type:
full-time AI Project Manager / AI Implementation Bridgewater, NJ - Hybrid 6+ Month 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience Must have experience managing multiple projects at the same time, up to 4 AI initiatives. Strong hands-on project delivery experience with AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation projects. Should understand AI concepts such as LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, integrations, enterprise data, security, testing, and monitoring.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience:
standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, etc. Projects will move quickly, typically around 8-week implementation cycles .
Strong PMI project management knowledge:
scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, change control, and stakeholders. Should be able to convert business requirements into project plans, backlogs, user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria . Manage RAID logs, action items, decisions, risks, project status, sprint/release plans, and PMO documentation . Coordinate with AI architects, developers, data teams, Cloud/Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and business teams . Manage vendors/implementation partners , including SOWs, timelines, deliverables, and escalations. Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and production support transition . Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear updates to leadership, PMO, business, and technical teams . Experience with Jira plus tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Teams, or Point. PMP is strongly preferred . Scrum/SAFe/PMI-ACP certifications are a plus. Pharma, biotech, life sciences, or another regulated industry experience is preferred, not mandatory. Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus.
