Agile CoachLocation:

Raymond, OH (Onsite) Role OverviewThis position is for an Agile Coach who will lead and facilitate the SAFe transformation across internal departments and global initiatives. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor and coach for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams, promoting Agile values and principles to enhance organizational agility and value delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted Agile advisor and coach for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.

Promote Agile values, principles, servant leadership, and Lean thinking across the organization.

Develop Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and training.

Guide teams toward self-organization, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Facilitate retrospectives, improvement workshops, and various Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt Workshops.

Partner with leaders to identify and remove organizational impediments, supporting transformation initiatives.

Improve visibility into work prioritization and delivery flow, guiding backlog refinement and value-driven planning.

Support the development of high-performing teams and healthy team dynamics.

Required QualificationsEducation:

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. Equivalent Agile transformation experience may be considered.

Experience:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies in product, project, or delivery environments, and 3+ years coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or organizational leaders. Experience facilitating workshops, driving organizational change, and working with cross-functional teams is also required.

Agile Knowledge:

A deep understanding of Agile Principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Continuous Improvement, SAFe Framework, Value Stream Thinking, and Servant Leadership is necessary.
