Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Digital Implementation Analyst Armagh, PA Posted 2 days ago Apply Now Job Description We are seeking a Digital Transformation & Change Management Analyst to support a manufacturing digital transformation initiative within a medical technology environment. This individual will partner closely with factory operators, production supervisors, and manufacturing leaders to implement web-based production tools that improve visibility into production activities. This is a highly hands-on role focused on supporting digital tool implementation, master data management, training, user adoption, and production readiness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, and training skills with the ability to create user guides, process documentation, and training materials. They should be comfortable working directly with plant personnel, gathering requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of new manufacturing technologies. Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, production operations, business analysis, or digital transformation environments
• Experience working directly with factory operators, supervisors, or manufacturing teams
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating operational needs into system/process improvements
• Proficiency with Excel for master data/data validation and reporting/analytics tools Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, or implementation activities
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), shop floor production tools, or manufacturing operations technology
• Experience facilitating training sessions and supporting end-user adoption of new tools and processes
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement background
• ERP system experience
