Job Summary As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex system integration initiatives and provide oversight of technical dependencies across multiple applications, platforms, and business processes. Job Description We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex system integration initiatives and provide oversight of technical dependencies across multiple applications, platforms, and business processes. This position will be a 3-month contract and onsite in Horsham, PA . What You'll Do Lead complex system integration initiatives across multiple applications, platforms, and business processes Provide oversight of technical dependencies and integration requirements Ensure successful integration of an internally developed time-tracking and timesheet application with upstream and downstream systems Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, and operational functions Manage integration requirements and project execution activities Oversee testing and validation efforts Identify and mitigate project risks Drive issue resolution through effective escalation management Serve as the central point of accountability for all integration-related activities Ensure alignment between technology teams, business units, and operational stakeholders Support governance, change management, and SDLC processes Drive seamless integration with existing systems and operational processes Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
What You'll Need Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant major 5+ years of hands-on project management Extensive experience leading complex system integration initiatives Experience managing technical dependencies across multiple applications and platforms Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies Experience with change management practices Knowledge of governance frameworks Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Experience overseeing testing and validation efforts Strong risk identification and mitigation skills Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite in

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
