Job Description
Step into a pivotal Project Manager role and help define and launch a new end-to-end digital portal for business customers. You'll be the keystone between business requirements, UX, and development, connecting diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoy driving clarity and momentum across multiple groups. You'll guide user story creation and coordinate a spec-driven build process. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential here, as you'll help manage relationships, and keep all moving parts aligned from concept to deployment. Daily Responsibilities Define and develop user stories through stakeholder review and to development Collaborate with business teams to refine high-level requirements Work closely with UX and content teams to shape digital experience Act as connector between multiple groups, managing communications and relationships Coordinate with developers to ensure specs are implemented as intended Resolve complex issues and friction points to keep the project moving forward Required Skills & Experience 5-10 years' project management experience in Agile software development environments Able to quickly acclimate and deliver value in a complex setting Experience creating and refining user stories Skilled at bridging gaps between business, UX, content, and development teams Strong stakeholder management, comfortable coordinating across multiple groups and resolving friction Experience working in large organizations or e-commerce is a plus Desired Skills & Experience Experience launching digital projects in enterprise environments Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Scrum certification not required) Project delivery background with portals, user experience, and specification-driven development What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 40% Specification Development & Document Management 30% Stakeholder Coordination (business, UX, content, developer teams) 20% Agile Project Management (process, timelines, requirements refinement) 10% Communication & Problem Solving (managing friction points, process improvement)
