Hybrid Radnor, PA (On site 3 days/week) Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex healthcare technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, data, and operations groups to drive project execution from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare technology, Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise project governance. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects. Experience leading projects within healthcare payer, health plan, managed care, or healthcare technology environments. Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing, member data, provider data, or related healthcare systems. Hands-on experience utilizing Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking. Experience gathering and managing business and technical requirements. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project governance principles. Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
