Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an IT Project Manager to guide the implementation and integration of customized off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions. You do not need to be a deeply technical systems architect to succeed in this role. Instead, your value lies in executing effective project management methodologies, your adaptability, and your ability to bring people together. You will act as the crucial bridge between the business and the technology—working cross-functionally with IT teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and third-party vendors to ensure software implementations are delivered smoothly and successfully.

Core Responsibilities Project Delivery:

Successfully manage and deliver the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including software implementations and financial system integrations.

Methodology Application:

Evaluate project requirements and adaptively apply the right project management frameworks to ensure successful and efficient delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Seamlessly align IT teams, business SMEs, external vendors, and client stakeholders on timelines, scope, and deliverables.

Streamlined Project Tracking:

Utilize project management templates and standard office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to track and communicate progress.

Qualifications & Skills Methodology Expertise:

Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Software Implementation:

Proven experience managing COTS (Commercial/Customized Off-The-Shelf) software implementations and financial software integrations.

Collaboration & Facilitation:

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors without needing to be the technical system expert in the room.

Tools:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). No experience with heavy PM systems is required, as we rely on our own streamlined templates and processes. Behavioral Competencies (Who You Are)
