Job Description We're seeking a contract Functional Application Manager (FAM) to support and enhance key Aftersales applications, including RMI, Empolis CLS, Citrix, and Acrolinx. This role serves as the functional bridge between business teams, IT, and vendors, ensuring application stability, effective delivery, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise applications, managing UAT and releases, handling production issues, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with global stakeholders in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Occasional weekend availability for deployments and flexibility to join early‑morning meetings with EU/Asia teams are expected. Strong experience with Agile/SCRUM and software delivery lifecycles. Hands‑on experience with UAT, release management, and production support. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support global teams. Exposure to XML, SQL, DITA, or similar technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Azure DevOps Empolis CLS, Citrix Workspace Salesforce, ServiceNow, Smartsheet SQL tools (DBeaver, SSMS)
