Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, hands-on design professional to help shape elevated, high-impact visuals across digital, print, in-store, social, and video channels. Our team is looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with polished execution while supporting a fast-paced retail environment and helping bring the brand's visual identity to life.

Responsibilities:

Develop breakthrough creative concepts that communicate the brand in a fresh, persuasive way. Design and execute content across digital, print, and in-store signage with consistency and high craft. Support seasonal and promotional design systems, campaign assets, motion ideas, and storytelling across channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects from concept through delivery, and provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers.

Required:

5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within retail, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies. A strong portfolio showcasing high-concept creative, design systems thinking, and exceptional execution across multiple formats. Experienced with in-store signage and environmental graphics, translating brand storytelling into compelling retail experiences with strong expertise in print production, materials, and color reproduction. Create high-quality in-store photo and video content with a content-creator mindset, applying strong composition, product selection, styling, and visual storytelling skills. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Express, and Adobe Firefly; motion design ability in After Effects or Adobe Express is a plus. Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, visual storytelling, print and digital production, and highly detail-oriented organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
