Coldwell Banker Lifestyles is looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Professional to join our Blue Crew marketing team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office position based in our Hanover, NH office. Being part of our team means being available for in-person collaboration, conversation, and the occasional unexpected project that comes with a busy marketing environment. We're looking for a creative, capable designer who understands that great marketing takes more than good design. It requires flexibility, communication, organization, and follow-through. You'll work closely with agents and team members to develop thoughtful marketing, create polished design, and keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward. What You'll Do Design postcards, print ads, email campaigns, presentations, logos, social media content, and more Help agents develop marketing plans and make thoughtful branding and design decisions Provide clear direction and recommendations, not simply take requests Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities Adapt to unexpected work while keeping scheduled projects moving Work independently and collaboratively with the Blue Crew and our agents Communicate clearly, ask questions, and seek clarification when needed Learn and consistently use our technology, project management software, and company workflows What You Bring Strong understanding of design principles, composition, hierarchy, spacing, color, and typography Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Confidence and proficiency using macOS and the Mac environment A strong eye for detail and polished, professional execution Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of deadlines Confidence providing design and marketing recommendations Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Willingness to learn new systems, including project management software such as ClickUp Experience with video editing, social media, or marketing strategy is a plus, but not required What We Provide A supportive culture We're a collaborative team that values communication, respect, creativity, and having a little fun along the way.
