Bring Buildings to Life with Romtec Roseburg manufacturer of pre-engineered pumping systems and parks & recreation structures is seeking a creative and technically skilled Part-Time Animator / 3D Modeler to join our Design team. Romtec is two very technical companies. One designs and builds public parks and recreation buildings. The other designs and builds large pumping systems for a variety of water types. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming architectural concepts, photographs, and engineering drawings into compelling 3D visualizations and animations that showcase Romtec's products. The successful candidate will create realistic building renderings, animations, and visual assets used in marketing campaigns, sales presentations, websites, social media, and customer-facing materials.

• Create high-quality 3D models of buildings, structures, and site layouts.
• Develop realistic renderings and animations to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Compile, organize, and incorporate project photography into visual presentations and animation projects.
• Produce walkthroughs, flyovers, and other animated visualizations of Romtec buildings and facilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Maintain organized digital files, textures, models, and visual assets.
• Assist with video production, motion graphics, and multimedia projects. QualificationsRequired Skills
• Proficiency with 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Experience creating 3D architectural visualizations and animations.
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to transform drawings, plans, and photographs into accurate 3D models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications
• Portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling and animation experience.
• Romtec uses Revit, SketchUp and Chaos V-Ray; proficiency in these applications preferred.
• Education in Animation, Graphic Design, Architecture, Visualization, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
